Hi Guys,
Saturday, the 5th of December was the San Diego, (and outer areas including Canada), 96 scale RC modeler's 14th annual, "Pearl Harbor Remembrance Run". This was a day for the West Coast 96th scale modeler's, (aka Task Force 96 and also 8th Fleet), to gather together to spend a day running models, sharing their experiences and common interest. The weather cooperated for the most part. Some of our friends from out of town were hoping to see the sun, and did'nt. Sorry! The temps never got above 15C/59F and the wind picked up on occasion to better than 20mph; kind of unusual for this area. Anyway, how about some pics??
Starting with breakfast at one of my favorite greasy spoons, Darren, (of Hawk Graphics), Sydney and myself had a normal, "gringo breakfast". Having Darren here from Canada was indeed a treat!

Afterwards, some of us went to Dave's house in Clairemont; about 14miles to the west...in San Diego proper...

To cap it off, Darren, Stan and I drove down to SD harbor, (around 9pm), to view some ships...mainly CVN-76...
