Trumpeter's JMSDF DDG-174 Kirishima 1:350 - by "Toom":

(This kit doesn't provide any PE parts. "Toom" used local made PE rails for railings, while
Heli-Pad Guard Rails were made from 1:200 PE rails + 1:35 engine mesh. Chains were weaven from 4 fine wires)
