Thank you Michael for your opinion. This is very nice.

For your information:
No 1 is a Hanseschiff from 1470.
No 2 is the Polish minesweeper ORP "Goplo" (proj. 207DM).
No 3 is Kronstadt class anti-submarine chaser - but under Polish ensign.
No 4 is PION - 203 mm self-propelled gun.
No 5 is a Polish designed and built "Obluze" class anti-submarine chaser.

As you can see I have enough work for next 2 years :)

Cheers - Zdzisław

Your S-3 is a jewel... Would make an excellent subject for a high speed pond model as well. What is #4? Is it a sub-chaser? Michael

Hi Zazislaw,

yes that very good, now we can see a bit more of your model. As for a possible future model is the ORP Błyskawica
near you. No more problems modelling from poor photos as you could take them yourself.

Best Marsden

Hi Lothar,

She is looking very nice. :thumbs_up_1: might be an idea to add side top and front views to your render.
What have you got planed for your next model?

Cheers Marsden

Thanks Owen!

Usually I try to pay as much attention to details as possible. I build my boats slowly, but it gives me a graet joy :) The reason why I choose small ships or boats (look at my projects: OSA class FPB and Dutch smack) is that the most of people are interested in large ships i.e. battleships, cruisers etc. But very often we forget the brown water navy  And this is still a huge area to do research.

Hello everybody!

Long temps passed since I posted something  It is a good idea to share a new project with you, my Friends. This time it is going to be a Polish Motor Gun Boat of the World War II. originally built for the Norwegian Navy was requisitioned by the Royal navy in 1940 and eventually leased to the Polish Navy in exile. She was christened as the "S-3" commanded by the fierce sub lieutenant Andrzej Jaraczewski (some more information here: http://www.bmpt.org.uk/boats%20for%20sa ... /index.htm).
I like this boat as she she was quite famous for her war achievements. Below, few pictures of my present work. I hope you like it :)

File comment: My latest milestone. I predicted this project to exceed 2 millions vertices, but so far it reaches just 560 thousands... And I invested to buy much more powerful graphic card... Why??? ;)
