Sounds like it would work. But, I prefer a model that gets a lot higher pressure with a surge tank that I can adjust down to the pressure I wish to spray at. My experience has been when there's not tank the air pulses as you spray.

it called a CE mini compresser made by precision equipment. i bought it from my hobby shop that i have a good repore. they recommended it as being best for what i need. i wanted one with a tank but they insited this would do. i have checked for leaks and the unit is brand new so i feel it is working properly. it will stay at a constant 15 psi when holding the air brush on.

What brand of compressor do you have and what pressure are you running? I usually run about 13 psi without problems.

air compressors
hi all, have just bought a compressor for my air brush and noticed that when i screw up the regulator to the required pressure i only get about 10 seconds of air at that setting and then it drops to about 10psi and thats where it will stay until i release the gun. i assume this means i need a tank to go with it or i just spray at 10-15 psi.
