I just get the book wich may be very good (I don't like the words splendid, extraordinary, etc but I should use tem) addition to Anatomy of Ship book devoted to this ship going to be published in July.
The title is: Schlachtschiff Bismarck, das original im detail, by Josef Kaiser.
The book has 162 pages of A4 format (11.7x8.3 inch) and consists 250 fotos of in majority unpublished photos.
The quality of pics are stunning! They are the effect of 25 years of reaserch and hunting.
Worthy to mention is the Author has built his own Bismarck for 25 years and when finished will be also pictured in book.
The book is organised as walk-aroud starting on forecastle along Port side, stern and Starboard Side to forecastle.
The book is in German but the pics speaks for themselves.
Price 39.95 euro plus p&p (about $50.00).
Available by http://www.moduni.de and other German internet bookstores
