Timmy, looks wonderful! Her crew was made aware of your work. Some of the responses, awesome and great. They called it "that splotchy high visibility paint job". "She was transformed from a painted lady to a modest, low-visibility vessel with a far better chance of eluding the enemy".(LCDR John A. Williamson, Captain USS England) The link has been forwarded to the USS Slater DEHM.

Your ship looks great. The final results are awsome. I like the depth charge action. The scene is simple but very effective.

I thought the paint job was airbrushed and now knowing that it was hand brushed, I still think it looks airbrushed.

@Molders: Haha, that was the first part that I painted, and since it wasn't a straight line, I didn't use masking =P I'll go back to fix it up when I pick up the 5-L again.
@Francisco: The hedgehog base is from the kit - the projectiles and blast shield are from the GMM set. You'll have to cut off the kit's molded-on imitation-projectile pegs.
