Outstanding work and the weathering is a nice touch. I like your innovative use of PE ladders to highlight the green house of the aircraft. Great idea!

Very good but the color of the board is correct?

If you mean the black stain on the deck, it is accurate for her participation in Operation Ten-Go.

Yes, the deck was painted "black" on the final mission.

Really great work :thumbs_up_1:
I especially like the wheathering.

As I don't see it right on your pics, the late Yamato should have 6 25 single AA.
But I only see four, are the other twos at the boatdeck aft?

There's more pictures on the gallery link posted, and yes, there's 2 25s more in the aft deck besides the crane.

Most impressive. Impressive enough for a non-ship guy to go through 17 WIP pages and enjoy every photo.

Getting closer!

And then there were none left!

Here's the lonely Jake that's gonna take a position on the catapult.

The only addition was that I removed the molded canopy and replaced it with a custom one made from PE ladders cut and fit for purpose.

Some small details still to be added and I'll try to get the finished pictures up tomorrow evening!

So stay tuned it's upto get finished! :woo_hoo: :woo_hoo: :woo_hoo:

Beautiful work.

Yamato retains at least one E13A1 until 0600 on April 7, when that plane is launched for air reconnaissance. So, you can include at least one.

Nice, thanks for the info! Now I can throw one Jake on the catapult or something!
