During my long break from modelship building ,I`ve built a number of "Wingy-things".One of the most satisifing is a Tamiya 1/32nd F4U-1A ,converted to a Royal Navy Corsair Mk II.This aircraft was embarked on HMS Victorious in Jan, 1945,and during the raids on the Palembang Oil Refinaries ,shot down five IJA fighters (three Oscars and two Tojos).The kit was a treat to build.
