David,
Sorry, no chance at all, just not the sort of subject I would be interested in releasing.

Hello Mike,

any possibility of releasing the New Mexicos in the future? When one wishes to build an ultimate collection of the US Navy battleships, there is at least one ship for each class currently available. With a sad exception of the NM/MS/ID.

Take care,

David

Edit: I somehow overlooked "the Atlantic line". Sorry for my question which is an utter nonsense.

Is this really HMS Coventry armed with 6" guns? :woo_hoo:

If yes, this kit can be used to built one of the Ceres class light cruisers, which fought in the Second Battle of Heligoland (17th November 1917 - next year 100th anniversary): HMS Ceres or HMS Cardiff

Also HMS London and HMS Calcutta are very interesting!

Well, yes and no, I'll email you!

Some more news, the former WEM kits will be released under the Atlantic Models label by Starling Models on a rolling programme, no release dates at present but hopefully the first will be in early 2017. There are some surprises not included in this list so I will post here as and when there is more news.

In the pipeline are kits either reissued or which were not released including (all 1/700) -

The Round Table class trawler will also be released along with others in due course.

Hi Mike

I was waiting for HMS London to be released before the sad demise of WEM. I would love to see that emerge personally! HMS Calcutta would be another one I'd be interested in.

thanks
Mike

Dear All,

I am very excited to be able to say that with the generosity of Peter Hall, the range of White Ensign Models 1/700 resin kits will be released under the Atlantic Models label by Starling Models.

This will include a number of kits that did not see the light of day before the demise of WEM as well as the reintroduction of some favourites. Some of these will be quite a surprise I think.

Clearly there is a lot of work to be done to get this large range back in production, but a target of Christmas for the first release will be set and hopefully there will be a gradual process of releases next year.

It might of course help to prioritise the list if you let me know what you would like to see reissued, Peter will continue with releasing the 1/350 range so between us hopefully these fine kits will be available again.

Mike
