There's a second-hand copy of that book at the De Slegte in Utrecht the last time I checked.

I guess that you should buy "CSS Alabama: Anatomy of a Confederate Raider" by Andrew Bowcock. It's probably the best single source of information about the Alabama.

All the best,

Hi All,

I'm looking for plans of CSS Alabama. The ship was built in 1862 as "Hull 290" by John Laird Sons Company in Birkenhead, England. I want to build a functional scale RC model. Any information to help me find the plans will be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Edwin van Doorn
