I saw this on ebay a couple of weeks ago. I too was intrigued and tempted to bid, but the scale really seems smaller than 1/1200 or 1/1250--maybe its 1/2400?

Hi All

I cannot find any branding on this but it appears to be 1950's or 1960's Dinky or Minic style dock or breakwater model.

I've labelled it as minic-harbour for want of a better title.
