I recently made 4 bladed props about 7/8" dia. I used a drill press as a Lathe of sorts to centerdrill the hub. I also drilled and tapped a grub screw hole then turned it to shape. I then cut 4 slots and soldered brass Blades in places. There is an article on mwunderway on the process without the grub screw. Greg

How many of you actually make your own props? I'm interested in learning how but can't seem to easily find any info out there. I've been 'google-ing' up the wazoo! ;)
