Pretty much anything you might want in terms of drawings is in the Hart Nautical Collection of the MIT Museum. To quote the curator: "There are a lot (about a cubic yard). Unfortunately, you would have to visit the museum to access them - none of them are online. You might want to try contacting Mark Lardas, who wrote South American Battleships 1908-1959 since he accessed the drawings at MIT as part of his research.
