Hi. SS Ohio is making Niko. US T3-S2-A1 oilers - made Loose cannon. I will consider your suggestion, although I have ideas for other marchant models. There are also a lot of warship models left that were never produced as 1/700 scale models.

.

SS Ohio is the obvious one.

Plus, although they were dimensionally different, you could do some US T3-S2-A1 oilers.

1 Glenorchy. Harry Flett's masterpiece.
2 Deucalion
3 Clan Ferguson
4 Port Chalmers
5 Brisbane Star
6 Melbourne Star.
I have made basic plans for Glenorchy's half sister Telemachus as an aircraft carrier (HMS Activity) and I have a serious amount of information on anything Glen/Blue funnel so pm me if you have any questions.

Information for modelers from the USA interested in purchasing AJM models. Contact Paul Tosnej from Hobby Link International. He is my distributor. He offers my models, and the last two, the USS Ancon and HMS Ramillies WW1, are available in larger quantities from him.

The only issue with Super-Hobby is that their prices for AJM (and Niko) items is almost twice as much as ordering from Jadar.

I had no issues ordering AJM products from Super Hobby. I also ordered a kit from Hellenic Shipyard in Greece directly. They both shipped via DHL, who charge the appropriate tariff directly (which I do not mind paying) before delivery. It was all very reasonable, simple and very straight forward. I am not clear on why some governments seem incapable of handling the situation. To paraphrase Shakespeare, this all seems to be much to do about nothing.

There are consequences to uncertain and continuingly fluctuating tariff rates - it makes for poor business and unnecessarily increases risks.

Have you tried Squadron (US) or Super Hobby (another large Polish outlet)?

I placed an order for two AJM kits with Jadar Hobby on September 1, 2025. They have been unable to ship to me because the Polish postal service is not shipping to the U.S. Doesn't look like this is going to change any time soon. No doubt this is retaliation for Trump's behavior. However, I don't seem to be able to buy these kits elsewhere.

I hope that the WW1 Ramilles does well. I only do WW2, so if the 1938 Ramilles ever materializes, I'll be sure to buy one.
