yes, the tugs are from Modellbau Ray, and probably of US origin.
The small one is Frank (1905), and the large one Nameaug. Both are 3D prints
They also have Willem Barendz, Hercules and Saturn(1908) in their program.
quick checks have found no furthe info.
And Yes, the build is superb
maybe a little to clean, and with the detail would look even better with some crew members - difficult with the scale but would be a real highlight
