Sounds like the companion volume to the "Pearl Harbor Papers". I learned alot from that book. I will certainly get this new collection of Japanese Documents. :eyebrows:
There was a debate awhile back about the Pearl Harbor attack being meant to get the American Battleships. The documents in the "Pearl Harbor" papers showed clearly that the attack was planned with the US Carriers as the primary target. I hope there is similar first hand information about Japanese naval strategy in this new book.
