Re: Carrier mules

Hello. My post is back now.
For the mules I've decided to cast my owns. I have already built a towing mule and a P-25 firefighting mule with plastic, and I will sculpt them with hard plaster, to serve as a master. Then I'll use Micro Mark casting set.
Right now the project is delayed for three weeks (I have exams incoming).

I've just sent them an email.

I keep working on my drawings of the P-25 fire supression mule.

You could email JAG and ask for some of there white metal deck tractors (from their Stealth carrier kit)

Hello everyone.

I'm building a 1/700 Nimitz and I plan to scratchbuild the flight deck tractors, along with the P-25 firefighting tractors.
I've found many photos of them on the internet, I'm making drawings at that time to see what I want to do exactly.
Does someone know good reference materials about these tractors ? Where could I find measurements of them ?

I will use some parts of Trumpeter tractors, especially the wheels as they are difficult to make.

As I will need many of them I will cast them with resin.
I think I'll get a started kit from Micro Mark or from Bare Metal Foil. Are these good choices ?
Thanks for any advice.

Tom
