I was looking at all the pictures of the Big "E" and I have noticed a lot of bulbous protrusions on both the front of the island, aft port side, bow port side, stern starboard side etc. I don't have a clue what they are maybe some kind of guidance system. Forgive, I was in the Air Force, but I like this carrier. I purchased the Tamiya kit and I want to update it as it is now and a lot of the items I mentioned before are not in the kit. Will they need to be scratch built or are there aftermarket parts that will update this particular kit. If I have to scratch build , where could I find the deminsions of those particular platforms and there accessories. Thanks once again in advance and I appreciate any help
