It depends on what you want to do with it. If you just want to learn for personal use and not get too deeply into it, it is no better or worse than any other. However the support community (e.g. forums and online resources) are there but not as big as AutoCAD's. If you ever want to do things like professional drawings, then get ACAD lite for $100 when it's on sale. They have a huge online community and it is very easy to get your questions answered.
