I understand that the publisher had a tiff with its web host and now hopes to do it in-house--or something like that.

There is now an update at [url=http://www.conwaypublishing.com]conwaypublishing.com[/url]:

It also includes news about the delayed publication of the Shipwright 2011 annual; apparently the severe weather in Scotland is to blame.

I can't find anything that seems to indicate they have shut down or anything of that sort.
