The War Drake is 1/700, still working on the instructions.

On the Ohio, if it happens it would not be till next year.
The kit would come out in 1/350 first then 1/700.

I did chat with Izzet today. He may be interested in the Ohio. Since he is able to do all the work in CAD it would be a great kit![/quote]

Hi,

I received a large shipment from LifeColor paints today. All paints are now in stock.

Also, I am almost finish with the instructions for the 1/350 YO-20.
The kit will be available next week. I will begin shipping the pre-orders on Monday.

Glad you like the 1/700 Ratlines.
They are a real success at my end also. Have had nothing but positive comments about them.

War Drake looking good to me, Harry, I love those sexy camo schemes. Yes it would be good to have some back up pictures at least to confirm the scheme on the opposite side otherwise I guess it would be repeat, and display the model on the side shoen only.......

BTW, I love those ratlines and I have written up the item in Warship News in the Scale Millitary Modelling Magazine - out about June/July issue. These go well with your 700 scale Pearl, and the Tramp steamer Drumgeith - yes they do! Also I will be building HMS Victory with HMS Iron Duke - Portsmouthh diona duse BFM ratlines - a perfect marriage.

You might contact Mike McCabe @ Finewaterline. If I remember correctly his group was planning on producing some British Trawlers.

Your latest little gems are very tempting, at last somebody is getting away from the big ships. While I am rambling on, it has occurred to me, what would be the possibility of an Admiralty Trawler of the Shakespear Class. The reason for this is that when I was a kid I visited Kilindini and HMT Rosalind was in dry dock. It has sort of stuck with me!

I'm just listening to Suzy Bogus singing 'The Banks of the Old Ohio' - how about a model of the Ohio of Pedestal fame. She didn't last long, but she was the saviour of Malta. Just a thought!

Funny you should mention 1/350 vents. They are in the works as I needed some for the YO-20, Tug & SS Pearl.

That would be a welcome addition. How about different scales for your vents as well?

I am putting the finishing touches on the 1/700 British 'A' Type Steamer War Thistle & War Drake.

If you have any photos of either of these ships they would be greatly appreicated.
