Years late to this party, but for those still in need Japanese single, double and triple mounts in 1:72nd (and 1:100th!) can be found on Shapeways 3D Printing site.

Looking at the same process re 25mm guns myself.
Slowly working on mounts for all 3 that will handle a few knocks eg RC and maybe wargaming with a couple of suitable mods.

You said you knew where to get the barrels from. Any chance of a link to same?

hi tim i have these guns and they are too flimsy and a pain to try put together ken wants some to be wargamer friendly ..

The "Anatomy of the ship Series" volumes on Takao will contain drawings of all mounts, plus, a host of general IJN details.
