Battery-operated Dremel

Want a bargain? Visit Sears and grab the Dremel cordless---no, not the one they want $35 regular price for, but rather the "stealth" dremel kit sold at Sears as a "Golf Cleaning Kit". No kidding!

IMHO, it's a better buy all around, at $20. 6-volt AA battery clip, not the 4.8-v rechargable, comes in a green see-thru case, with two rotary wire brushes. I used the $15 I saved, to buy a few extra bits and sanding drums. I've owned both types, and the 6-volt pack is MUCH better; just pop-in new cells when they run down, and they run down less quickly than the 4.8-v gelpak does. No "charge memory" problems, either!
