I don't have any of the official documents, but based on what I've seen on her
Navsource pages my believe is that she was launched and commissioned in
Measure 13, but was repainted in
Measure 22 by the time of her shake-down cruise. The decks appear unpainted during the shakedown, which is a nice change from typical wartime deck blue. At the end of 1943 she was painted into
Measure 32, but I don't have the design sheet for that scheme to be 100% on the colors.
She repainted back into Measure 22 in 1945, but received other modifications such as the enclosed bridge at this time, that makes the Trumpeter Iowa less suited for this build.
