My first thought was to use rubbing alcohol until a guy in our club said nothing works on Lifecolor but their own thinner. It's nice to hear that alcohol would work PetrolGator.
Normally I use lacquer thinner for cleaning. Do you think it would work with Lifecolor too?

I used the Italian Naval Set on my Roma and loved it. Life Color thinner works well as a thinner, both for airbrushing and for hand painting. However, it is not aggressive enough to do a good job of cleaning the airbrush. So I recommend Testors/ModelMaster Acrylic [u]Cleaner[/u] to clean the airbrush afterwards. This is not the same product as their thinner, it has a different part number.

I've used rubbing alcohol with about every type of paint as an airbrush thinner, including Lifecolor.

I haven't airbrushed with them, but for brushpainting simple demineralised water works perfectly. Figure painters usually use this for Lifecolor, Andrea, Vallejo, Citadel, etc. acrylics.
For airbrushing however, I would probably look for something stronger, but not sure what.

I bought the KM Lifecolor paint set and would like to know if I have to use their thinner or not?
I noticed on Hobbylink they listed several size bottles of thinners, like Acrylic Thinner (250ml Bottle) (Old #200), is "Old#200" just a number change?
Can you tell me if I need any other products to go along with the paint sets?
