Thanks Dick. This is just what I needed. I already have mixes for AP507A,B & C and I have the Snyder & Short chip for B6 which doesn't look too difficult to achieve. All I have to do now is change the A.A armament from its 1945 configuration to 1943 I.E pre-Bofors and I have enough bits in the spares box to do this. Once again, many thanks.

1. On page 24 of Peter Hodges's book on RN WW2 camouflage there is an illustration of Roberts "from a design dated March 29, 1943" with the colours specified as "507A, B6, 507C, White. Deck 507A."

2. During the course of my researches in UK archives I have found three original colour paint sample chips labelled Roberts: a dark grey labelled as 507A, a light grey labelled as 507C and a mid tone dull blue grey labelled as B6.

I see you mix your own paints. The B6 was a dull/muted blue grey. To my eye the Trumpeter box art blue is too vibrant. This model represents it rather better:

I have just ordered Trumpeter's H.M.S Roberts and am curious to know, Is the box artwork reflective of 1944 only or is it applicable to this ship's Mediterranean service at Sicily and Salerno in 1943?
I would also like to know the "official" designations for the colours shown as I tend to mix my own paints to the Snyder & short chips. A post I found on another forum suggests G10 for the horizontal surfaces (decks etc) and B5, MS1 and MS4 for the vertical surfaces, does anyone know if this is correct? If not are there any alternative suggestions?
