Well, technically, when you replicate a result, it does not establish a
"proof" but simply increases your
N, giving greater statistical validity or
Significance (a specific term in Statistics) to a Hypothesis.
When you have a

F?.05, then you have yourself a "Theory," which is generally useful for making general predictions.
