I'd recommend you go to a paint store that sells automotive finishing supplies (like Sherwin Williams) and get some very fine wet or dry sandpaper. Something above 600 grit maybe. Then carefully wet sand your hull until the marks are gone. Be careful, though, because wet sanding can take off any detail if you aren't careful.
