I'd recommend you go to a paint store that sells automotive finishing supplies (like Sherwin Williams) and get some very fine wet or dry sandpaper. Something above 600 grit maybe. Then carefully wet sand your hull until the marks are gone. Be careful, though, because wet sanding can take off any detail if you aren't careful.

You could try super-fine hobby sanding/polishing papers such as this: http://www.micromark.com/Micro-Mesh-Pol ... eets-4-x-6. Or try your local DIY for the finest aluminum oxide sandingpaper.

I applied my base coat (nato black) on my hull yesterday (1/350 Massachusetts) and saw that
All the scratch marks from sanding the uneven hull are showing through, as well
As the glue marks. Any remedies for this would be greatly appreciated
