Hi Reid,

I am afraid I have not done a thing on this. Due to unforseen circumstances and besides me being to darn lazy, this project has fallen off the stove. Not even on the back burner right now.

I hit one of those stretches were I did not do a thing for months as far as modeling. Had other things on my mind. Hopefully this will change shortly and I can get back into it full time and not just hit or miss.

Will be happy to post pics if and when I get started on this.

Best Regards,

Steve

Simple RC Setup for Glencoe Sub-chaser and Revell Snowberry

by Steve Adams » Thu Jul 27, 2006 8:45 am

Hi All,

Can someone recommend a simple and not terribly expensive RC setup for the Glencoe sub-chaser and the Revell Snowberry? I would like a list of recommended items to purchase if possible. Nothing fancy required.

I have never noticed anyone mention doing an RC of the Sub-chaser. Is this feasible? Or would it be to unstable or to small? I would like to try and rig the rudder the way it actually was. That is, the control lines from the pilot house, down the side of the bulwarks, then to the rudder post. Hope that nomenclature was close to reality.

The above projects are nothing I am going to do soon. Just would like to if these are something I could do and if so, start collecting the needed items for the future.

Thank you for any advise/help provided.

Best Regards,

Steve Adams
