I thank you all, very much. It was fun, thankfully.

And now, to return (or to attempt it anyway) to my previously scheduled torture and endurance project.

You're a cruel man, Lester. So very, very cruel.

I dunno Dan - IT IS SO HARD TO FIND FAULT WITH YOUR WORK! You are well known for your research and accuracy - But do you have to follow it up with exquisite workmanship and scale accuracy? (Yardarms, weapons rigging are all in scale). How do you think that makes the rest of us feel?

I think that you need to build the entire Kagero class with each ship represented in all of it's wartime configurations.

She's pretty much done. While not a perfect kit, the Pit-Road version gives you an extremely good starting point. I'll take some gallery photos in the near future.

Hey Dan,

Excellent build! I've been watching this thread for a while and am drooling.

Maybe I missed something. Why did you order replacement torpedo tubes? And who has quintuple tubes as an aftermarket item?

Thx, guys. Currently on hold, awaiting the replacement tubes and for my LHS to restock up on Tamiya clear flat.
