I usually use medical alcohol to clean up. After that I put those parts in some enclosed space. Few times I used wardrobe of my girlfriend :big_grin:
After the alcohol vapour parts are pretty clean. Sometimes I put alcohol with airbrush, sometimes with clean brush depending on surface.
(I have pretty experience with dust because our home is on such position)

I would wash it in soapy water and rinse it and let it dry in a closed container. A cardboard box would work.

have had my 1/350 Bismarck sitting around1/4 done for a year. now that im back into it the parts are covered in dust i have brushed them off but when i painted a peice tonight i noticed that lumpy look which would be dust!!!! should i rinse them in water and dry them out?
