The Greek type 214 are black. But as time passes the colour tends to lighten a little in tone.

Building the Revell 214, followed shortly by their 212.

What is the color of the hull of these 214 subs? Color mix in the instructions call for a very dark brown from what I understand. Is it actually a dark brown, or a black with a brownish or redish tint? Anyone mixed it from Tamiya acrylics?? Greek/Portugese color differs from German?
