I am looking for issues from the 1920s, 1930s.

As this magazine ceased to exist in 1989 (a pre-internet era, more or less), there probably never was a website.
For a start you can find an (incomplete) list of issues on [url=http://www.navy-history.com/marine-rundschau/]this[/url] page.

Is there a website for this journal? Cannot find one been using Google for an hour. no luck.

Or an archive listing year by year. I mean this is the German equivalent of Proceeding or The Naval Review
