Isn't that wreck one of the three carriers from Project Insight that was destroyed by Captain America and Falcon? You can tell from the much smaller lift pods, because instead of big-ass rotors, they use the same technology that lets the Iron Man suit fly and shoot power beams (lol).

In some of the newer cartoon series versions, he's a general, if I can recall correctly.

But it's hard to know what's canon for the story nowadays unless Stan Lee comes out and says "Excelsior"! :heh: There are so many versions of that SHIELD carrier in both the comics and various cartoon series, aside from the ones we see in the 2 recent Avenger movies.
