There has been a certain English author over in Japan for a while doing research on IJN destroyers perhaps he might be a co-author of Lacroix & Wells as I have also heard they have another IJN tome in the works

Several years ago, Jon Parshall had been in touch with Mr. Wells and it seemed that the DD book was the next project. No word since then.

I heard that question before, but even on j-aircraft I haven't seen anything more than that. Would be nice though, even with all the data on Japanese destroyers available.
