Looks like it's after she was already down a little by the head but before flight operations resumed. Someone ought to be able to put a time on it to within 15 minutes.

Ran across website today, called the [url=http://wwiiarchives.net/servlet/]World War II Archives Foundation[/url]. Some photos I've seen before, but many I haven't. Here is an interesting shot of Lex on May 8, 1942...looks like it was taken from a photographer from the Yorktown's island:
