Thanks Dave for the dbl check. Since these tubes were taken off WW1 DD, I'll defer to an older form of local fire control I found online;

These were an already made mount and progressed within the Wickes/Clemson+ classes with "possibly" built in fire control, MK15, local control.
It would be less complicated to the DE crash building program in 42', 43' for fittings.
Kinda makes roundhouse sense to me when you research it a bit more.
