"A Large Vessel Interface Lift-on/Lift-off (LVI Lo/Lo) crane, funded by the Office of Naval Research, demonstrates container transfers aboard the Military Sealift Command auxiliary crane ship USNS Flickertail State (T-ACS-5) at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Cheatham Annex. The LVI Lo/Lo crane enables the rapid and safe transfer of standard ISO containers and other heavy loads at sea."
