Nevermind, I've worked it out.

I found another thread that specifically deals with this issue - viewtopic.php?f=28&t=35200

I ended up using .02 styrene sheet wrapped around an old sprue using cyano glue. Worked a treat :thumbs_up_1:

Scratchbuilding a funnel

Hi guys

I need to scratch build two small funnels for a 1:600 destroyer, and was wondering whether or not anyone has some suggestions as to how I'd go about it.

Is it simply a case of curling some styrene into shape? Or would it be better to use rods or something?

Thanks

Roald
