Thanks for the info. I think my color confusion comes mostly from the pair of photos on page 21 of Classic Warships, Warship Pictorial, volume 12 on the Benson Gleaves destoyers. The photo shows two images of Hobson, one in Ms 12 and one in Ms 15. While it appears that the two middle tones for the MS 15 camo, 5-H and 5-O, look like the two lighter tones on the Ms 12, the darkest color on the MS 15 is markedly darker than the darkest tone in the Ms 12 camo. Due to differences in lighting or paint batches?
To do the Hobson, I plan on using the flat bridge from the 1/350 Dragon Laffey kit on the 1942 Buchanan kit. Anyone else done this, and anything I need to look out for?
