12-14-12 New video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9XYVnKQL ... e=youtu.be

Hi all, im new to this forum and figured id share some of my pics. I scratch build all my ships from cardboard, glue, and masking tape. I then paint them. When they are ready to go, ill put them in the pool and stage mock battles with airsoft guns and fire crackers while my dad records it. We usually have some go pros on the actual ship itself to capture some POV shots of the action, and if the ship sinks, the cameras record that to.

The time period i usually try to cover when building my ships is from pre dreadnought era - ww2, both warships and steamers.

Hope you like my ships and let me know what you think:
This one is alot smaller then the others but it was my first serious one and the only one with a completed video. Here is a video of it in the pool and also sinking: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0InPsbgC ... ature=plcp

Most awesome.

Many of us here would have loved to have video of our summer fleet sails and bb and firecracker attacks.

Excellent boats. Very nicely designed for being cardboard. Looking forward to see the evidence of the mock battle.
