Some simply stunning models!

I think the cutaway tugboat is Breathtaking. 100% is quite a score...!!!!!!!!!!

My reading of Italian is poor--did Mr Barbieri get a special prize for the Roma superstructure?

and...

Was that part of the whole model-the one that I used as my isnpiration for my little Roma

-or has he built the superstructure-perfectly... AGAIN...?....
--------------------------------

Jablonec looks like a lovely place- I hope you did a bit of culture as well as spenbd time in the modelboat halls!!!

Ciao!

Jim Baumann

Hi Jim and Miguel !

Our adventure in the Czech Republic has been stupendous!
has been beautiful to know model makers of so many nations.
The superstructures of the Roma are the original ones.
The Battleship Roma will be given to the naval museum in Venice.
Mr. Barbieri has employed 40 years to build it!!!
To Jablonec Barbieri has received a special prize to honorem for the perfect construction, very superior to all the models in contest.
