HI all im a newbie again as hav'nt
been on here for quite a few yrs due to movin house an such probs as bein off line
but im back on with a new scratchbuild of hms tiger converted to a helicopter carrier in 1/72 scale
but I can only put on the link as got new pc an still learning how to use it so if you want to see the pics click on the link

here have cut out a hull jiont as this model will come in half for ease of transport

an fittin a bit of plasticard in between the two hull joints so that when they bolted togeather it will form as a spacer so that I can get my hacksaw blade in to cut the hull when built

have now fitted the quadrons to the hull frames to give the hull strength

now coverin the hull joint got to be carefull here as I don't want any glue goin into the joint or I wont be able to part the hulls when built

Hi DavidP YES the hull is about that width but that 's the height shown on the plan an its got to have another 1an a half inches added to that as well to take the flight deck
