I know space is kind of tight on this ship but it needs a couple of lifeboats where do you think they should go?

Interesting design. Like a space tracking ship with an attitude. Boats could go in the open area just forward of the cranes and between the stacks and the large dome on the stern.

What do the plans/photographs say ? That's usually the reference.

May be there aren''t any life-boats, but only inflatable rafts.

This is a kitbash of two ships since there are no kits of the real ship in production. However the real ship has lifeboats near the superstructure so I may relocate some radar to a different location.
