It's probably sharper than the real thing... (still not sure if that's good though ) Anyway, for a model sharpness is always good! It's probably turning out into one of the best builds I've EVER seen! |

Back to BISMARCK ... I started to add the windows in the stern. Looking closely on photos of bismarck reveals that there were 2 different types of windows: up to frame 10,5 with coaming (unarmoured shell plating) frame 1,5 to 32 without coaming (in armour plates). Hope you´ll like it! Bye!

Hi, Bernd! The illuminator's frames on your hull are looked very realistic! But let me argue with you a little bit. The Bismark's hull had no illuminators (portholes) in armored plates! The armored plates were located greatly below! Please, look at the attached photo. It shows approx. Spt 25. There you can see the position of the armor plates (they are riveted) and rain rails (coamings) above the portholes. with best regargs- Anatoly.
