Is it just me or the design of this vessel looks a lot like Canada's
Harry De Wolf class AOPS/Arctic Patrol ship? (and definitely much better armed than the RCN AOPS)

The first Project 23550 patrol ship able to negotiate an ice cap of up to 1.5 meters thick will be laid down by the Admiralty Wharves Shipyard on April 20, Shipyard CEO Alexander Buzakov said.
"The first patrol ship will be laid down on April 20," Buzakov said, without specifying the designation of the future vessel.
In 2016, the Russian Defense Ministry ordered two Project 23550 ice-class patrol ships from the Admiralty Wharves Shipyard. The vessels are expected to be delivered to the Navy before the end of 2020.
