These really were waste of money! They have no idea how to employ them.

It was a bizarre idea in the first place to spend so much money on a stealthy design whose primary mission was shore bombardment. I think they should either replace the superstructure with a more useful design and use them as cruiser type flagships (probably not worth the expense) or fit them as air defence ships which could operate as pickets.
