After my first time buying from anyone on here and I would like to add Mike Czibovic to this list. Speedy and thorough. Kit arrived well packed and in described condition. Promptly answered emails and even threw in some free glue too  He still has some stuff for sale so go check out his thread. I'd definitely deal with him again!

I just bought a kit from Tony Bunch and have nothing but nice things to say. Nice secure packing and even bubble wrapped the hull and bagged the small pieces and sprues and decals. It was an Italeri carrier so EVERYTHING was originally lose. Got it in a few days even from California. Tony is a great guy to deal with and I highly recommend him to you guys.

Goodguy Alert! Mark at Starfighter Decals!

Last night I had a problem with a decal set from Starfighter. Within an hour of emailing him (last night at about 8:30p.m.) I recieved an email from him stating that a new sheet would be on its way. No questions asked, he said it sounded like I got a bad sheet, replacement's on its way...just like that. :thumbs_up_1: :thumbs_up_1: :thumbs_up_1: Now that, Ladies and Germs, is outstanding customer service! :cool_1: :woo_hoo: :woo_hoo:

I think I should add CW to the list of the good traders. The only "problem" is that the nice russian ASW frigates I bought from him opened up my apetite for more russian ships

I just got off the phone with Brandon at Free Time Hobbies and I am pleased. I ordered six Trumpeter 1/700 scale aircraft kits and they arrived today, with one little problem... Instead of a box of SH3 SeaKing Helos, I instead got a box of SC-1 Seahawks... and honest mistake as the names are similar at a glance. While a great plane in their own right and era, the SC-1 would look a bit out of place on a modern carrier deck :heh: . Brandon told me to keep the SC-1's and he'd send me a box of the SH3's. So, goodguy alert to Brandon and FreeTime Hobbies. :thumbs_up_1: :thumbs_up_1: :thumbs_up_1:

Just finished dealing with John over at WEM and what a great guy! I ordered a 1/700 HMS Starling kit upon reviewing the kit and the instructions I noticed the main battery of twin 4" gun mounts were missing!!!! Well, a quick e-mail later I get a response in less than a day that the replacement parts will be in the mail first thing in the morning. Less than a week later I get an envelope with aforementioned gun mounts. Some outstanding customer service there! I've ordered from WEM several times and this is the only problem I've ever had with them. I'll be ordering from then again for sure. I'm glad some people in the world still believe in customer service! :thumbs_up_1:
