Wow ....
I'm thinking that I will dig my Richelieu kit slowly out ... will much improve what Nicolas (Le Bosco) still did on his build of the Richelieu and what prevented me to start this ship, because all the necessary things he did scratch.

Hello,

Thank you for your message, design of the 1/350 Richelieu upgrade set is now done, all resin parts are finished and castig will begin in a couple of weeks, when back from vacation.
The set will include the three large photoetch frets, brass barrels for the main and secondary armament, and a lot of resin parts.
Decision has not been taken already if some resin parts will be sold separately or not. But it is probable that launches will be part of a separate set, in this case they will be available a bit later as they need to have a dedicated photoetch fret.
Also for modelers interested in an earlier version of Richelieu, a 1940 version is currently being developed at L'Arsenal ( including the Loire 130 flying boat and catapult )
Best regards from Hendaye,
Jacques Druel ( currently working with Gilbert )

Hello Dave,

Sorry, there is no plan for a 1/400 conversion set.

Regards,

Gilbert

Gilbert, please, September is gone, so I ask you if you have another foreknowledge of releasing these itens to Richelieu 1/350........................
They are very important for a project of mine, will help a lot.

Thank you ( And say hello to Jacques too! ):

Hi guys,
Thank you for your interest for the 1/350 Richelieu detail set. Here is the status of the two sets in preparation.

Richelieu post-1943 refit:
All resin parts are done, the three large PE frets and brass barrels will be included in the set, only an additional PE fret has to be produced.

Richelieu 1940 version:
Master parts for the resin parts have just been received today, pre-production will begin soon. The Loire 130 and associated catapult will be sold as a separate set as this catapult was found also on Strasbourg/Dunkerque

To Jimmy, please contact Jacques off line to see what is possible to do for your important project.

Gilbert

This is wonderful news.

Will the new set include all of the bits and pieces of your previous Richelieu upgrade set (item KC 350 04) ?
