A very useful accessory set for diorama fans has just been released in the form of AC 350 164, that contains an assortment of 1/350 US civil vehicles of the '40s.
Two buses and nine cars of three different types are included in the set.

Pictures are here: http://www.larsenal.com/GB/index.php

More harbour accessories are scheduled very soon.

They look great, I'll definately be ordering a set or two. They'll go well with the Ford sedans released previousl - actiually, just looked again and one appears to be the Ford sedan, that is was a nicely moulded car so the new ones will be welcome additions.

Looking forward to future sets, hoping for some US railway equipment (the metre guage set released previously is great for the right scenic location but I assume they weren't found in the USA).

Can I ask are these vehicles available in any particular set? (I assume they aren't part of this assorted boxes and crates set as they are not part of the description).

All these vehicles have been designed in both 1:350 and 1:700 scale.
They certainly will be available in both scales soon.

The series covers American civilian and military vehicles of the 40's. All these appear on period photographs of Mare Island Navy Yard.
Here's the list :
Buick Sedan (staff car)
Ford Sedan 1942 (staff car)
Ford pick-up 1932
Ford Truck 1937
Ford pick-up 1939
Ford Coupé 1940
GMC pick-up 1925 (short and long versions)
GM Bus 1942

Recommended for any WW2 American harbor diorama.
